Welcome to this— 8-week course grounded in creating a body that functions well - how it was supposed to work, from the feet up.  

This is about restoring trust in your body, being surrounded by a community that understands, moves, supports, and grows confident together.

When: Wednesdays, 6:30pm - 7:30pm

24th Sept - 15th October (4 wks)

26th Nov - 17th December (4 wks)

Where: Martin Heath Hall Lichfield WS13 8AY

Includes: Weekly guided movement sessions.  Not to be confused with pilates, yoga or any other exercise class.  This is loads better.  Handouts to takeaway and keep you going, and motivation to keep going!

Wear: Comfy clothing, clothes you can bend and stretch in.

Bring: A mat, a strap, any yoga blocks and a blanket.

Please ensure I know about any movement issues you have or whether you need to make me aware of anything that will ensure you feel fully included (v. important).

Make sure you listen to your body.  Seek medical advice before you come along if you need to.

Things happen that are out of our control sometimes.  If you need to cancel last minute, I will refund you the full amount.  No refunds once the course has started.
