Meet Clare Rawlings,
"Hi, I’m the Founder of Raw Movement, dedicated to helping workplaces and educational settings embrace better movement for improved health and wellbeing. My passion for teaching people to move better stems from my own journey of overcoming chronic daily pain, feeling helpless against the ageing process and understanding how I move so much better to enable me to do all the things I want to do.
Since 2017, I’ve been delivering movement classes, and in 2021, I launched Raw Movement to address the global challenge of musculoskeletal health and the fundamental lack of understanding that the every day person has of how they move. I believe that his understanding has stood me in such great stead for ageing with less pain. Through talks, workshops, and programs, I’m educating everyone on how to manage their own physical wellbeing with confidence.
When I’m not championing movement, you’ll find me walking my dog, Tim, spending time with my family in the Midlands, UK."
