"Hi, I’m the Founder of Raw Movement, dedicated to helping workplaces and schools embrace better movement for improved health and wellbeing. My passion for teaching people to move better stems from my own journey of overcoming chronic pain and understanding the body.
Since 2017, I’ve been delivering movement classes, and in 2021, I launched Raw Movement to address the global challenge of musculoskeletal health. Through talks, workshops, and programs, I’ve worked with organisations to empower people to stay active, aligned, and pain-free.
